Clinical features : 8 years male patient presents with swelling in
the Lt.iliac fossa from 5days.
High resolution sonographic findings: With H.R..sonography
each layer of abdominal wall is seen very clearly. (Left side image) . Rt.side image shows a well defined hypoechoic lesion
in the internal oblique muscle . Underneth transverse abdominalis is
intact Thick pus is aspirated.
Diagnosis: Abscess in the anterior abdominal wall.
