ARTISTIC VESICLE CALCULI

  
50y male patient complaining of passing stones 
in the urine. and is referred to plain  X- ray KUB
Multiple segregated well designed radio-opaque lesions in the urinary bladder region

Ultrasonographic Image
Ultrasonography findings:
Multiple well designed uniform size hyper echoic lesions arranged artistically noted in the urinary bladder. They are moving freely. Rt. kidney is absent. 
Lt. Kidney shows compensatory hypertrophy.
