COMPLAINTS: 30
years femal patient complaining of pain abdomen diffusely.
Findings :
Gallbladder is dilated with internal echoes. A fixed hyper echoic
lesion with Neck of Gallbladder with distal shadowing. Transverse
section at fundus of Gallbladder shows discontinuty at Mucosa
& muscular region. Fluid with internal echoes in the pelvis
(Not shown in the figure).
Diagnosis :
Obstrected Gallbladder due to fixed caliculi at Neck region with
perferation at fundus.
