Complaint :
14 Y female presented with epigastric mass.
History of hair eating +.

Finding :
A large filling defect (Whorl type) in the stomach and extend to duodenum & jejunum as smooth filling defect.

Diagnosis :  Trichobezoar.

Discussion :
Trichobezoars are composed of hair balls  typically seen in young women. Symptoms are nonspecific.
May present with  nausea, vomiting, pain or early satiety.

90 % trichobezoars are occur in female  with 80% in people under age 30
